Everything from the bay window roof leaking to the window installed too tightly and cracking, to the siding around the window has been a mess. Their lifetime warranty doesn’t mean much when getting them to fix something is an impossible hassle. I’ve literally had my backyard remodeled in the time it’s taken them replace a window. Waiting on a replacement window panel now for over 5 months. They outsource and hire shoddy contractors that half-a** the job. I could not recommend them any less. Probably one of my biggest regrets as a new homeowner was signing that contract. Once they have your money, good luck using that warranty. Going on 6 months waiting on “parts for my windows”."
