The next time they came out, one of the guys asked me what he was supposed to be doing because he had no idea. I had to stand over them and constantly micromanage to prevent more mistakes ? they clearly weren?t prepared or trained for the job. After paying thousands, nothing changed. My issue was never fixed, and I completely wasted my money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!"

The products we sell last so much longer, do a better job and cost less to operate therefore we do not have call backs that could cost you more money than the initial investment. We can provide a warranty others do not, such as a two year labor and three year product warranty on most of our equipment. We build it right.\n\n Our invoicing depends on the project. Came out same day as my request but it was the end of the day and they didn't fully finish clearing the drain and when I called for them to return they let me know they don't guarantee drain and clogging services and I would have to pay again. Not what I had hoped for since they didn't fix it the first time. They didn't follow any sort of social distancing, wearing of gloves, etc. even when dealing with us with Covid going on."
