"We have been hit twice by lightning by God's grace either one hit our home however the last strike burnt art motorhome to the ground William was hired to install lightning protection lightning rods on our home and two out buildings he took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know answering every question professionally conducted himself in the utmost professional manner I would highly recommend lightning rods and even more highly recommended hiring William to do the job we are going to do an expansion later on and he will be the one and only contractor I will call to continue our lightning protection"

Replaced 2 indoor ceiling fixtures, added an outdoor outlet to our front porch, replaced outdoor porch lights and pole light and added heat lamp to the M/Bathroom. All done without any drywall damage, no holes to repair. One estimate I got told me they would have to put 4 or 5 holes in my Family Room ceiling because the attic only extended halfway above the Family Room. Spoke to Keith (owner) @ All In Electric and he just laughed and said his guys will not put any holes in my ceiling, they know how to fish wires!! "The electrician did a quality job by relocating the light fixture; however, the actual charge was $195 or 65% more than the estimated price of $300. Owner refused to pay the extra $195 and the realtor had to pay it. Electrician also didn't replace two regular recessed light bulbs and the realtor would have to buy the light bulbs from Home Depot and installed himself."

"Juan arrived a bit later than expected but got to work and did the jobs, running to Home Depot for needed parts which I didn't know we needed. He explaned things to me and knew what he was doing. He did all the jobs I outlined and left with everything working. He was cooperative in pointing the kitchen track lights where I wanted the to shine. He then looked at the plumbing job (vanity install) and realized that the vanity I bought wasn't a feasible option because of the direction of my pipes (to the side and not the back) therefore needing to go right through the drawers! I have returned the vanity to Home Depot! He didn''t waste time talking to me but did talk to himself (or on his phone ) while he worked! He cleaned up his dust and debris well, Satisfied with his cost which really should have been higher when I thought about it later. I would use him again if he was from near Frederick, but he came from Baltimore! I'd rather use local tradesmen...."

Responsible company- did not charge for a follow up call. Realized it was part of the same problem."
