I called him for a suggestion on a product to repair the chips as I thought we could do the minor repair. He recommended a product that I could not locate. I called him to follow up and he failed to call back."

"Eric and his team did an amazing job repointing cracks throughout our stone house. They rebuilt a badly damaged and previously poorly repaired, repeatedly poorly repaired, portion of the wall outside the garage that now looks like new. They replaced a rusting and failing lintel over a diamond leaded glass window that is important to us and it looks amazing. You cannot tell at all where any of this work has been done, the house looks like new, you would never know where repairs have been done. The front path and stairs look new! Neighbors have stopped by to complement the work. Eric was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions about the process. It took a while to schedule, but that is because they do meticulous, perfectionist work. They are worth the wait! The prices are very fair also, particularly given the time, work, and skill level involved."

Everyone we dealt with, from salesperson Farah and her supervisor Meghan, who took us several times on different days through the warehouses to look at the many granite types, gave us samples to take home, and eventually wrote up our order; to the workers who pulled 5 or 6 slabs from a stack to enable us to choose the two we liked best for our project; to the templaters Ege and Adam (hope I got their names right) who accurately measured our kitchen in preparation for the fabrication; to the unnamed artist who gave us a couple of nice options on how to cut and lay out the five pieces of granite required to fabricate our counters from the two slabs we chose; to the fabricators that did a fine job of cutting and polishing the granite; to the very competent installers whose names I have forgotten: all were highly professional, courteous and responsive. They answered all our questions and did everything they said they would, exactly when they committed to do it. And the price was very fair and reasonable for such a high quality product and installation."

Hours later the local person called and said he was out of town and that Angie's list had mixed up the appointment time and date. "Their selection was very good and their service was fantastic, but the materials that I picked out and liked were a lot more expensive than I thought they would be. I looked online and found the exact same material for almost half the price, so I haven’t made a final decision yet. My step daughter went there when she was redoing the bathroom in her house and the tile that she picked was some pretty basic stuff and it was beautiful and she was happy with the price, and the location was also very convenient. I looked at natural stone and it was a lot more expensive than I thought. They were wonderful people and had a terrific selection and pulled all sorts of things to show me. They gave me an estimate and detailed information about what products we were looking at."
