No frills but the subcontractor was attentive to getting the job done and clean up after (which I did appreciate). While the work was done in a day the final price seemed reasonable in light of the fact that I don't have that skill set or tools to make it happen. Overall very pleased with the result."

Terry and crew had just begun installing Ipe (Brazilian hardwood). Terry was receptive to our ideas and expanded on our requests. In 2020, we renovated our lower level that had not been updated in thirty years. I used the companies he suggested for the design elements of the project- cabinetry and counter tops, flooring and plumbing fixtures.
