They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Calls were returned promptly.  A fee is charged for an estimate.  If you proceed with the estimated repairs, the estimate is credited against the total charges for the repairs.  The work was scheduled for a specific date and time and was completed exactly as promised.  The roof was shingled in 2001 and EJS found the exact shingles used so that the repair is entirely invisible.  The source of the leak turned out to be improper initial installation of the shingles around the vent stack by another roofing company.  All the interactions with EJS were professional and they let me know they stand behind the work they have done.  I would use this company again because of their obvious expertise, skill, dependability and courtesy.
