Daniel was helpful and reassuring and did excellent and prompt work identifying the problem. It shocked me to be able to work on it the next day. It took two days to complete the repairs, and the work was well done. My window issue has been fixed. I appreciate all the work Daniel did to explain things to me and his quality of work as well.
