"I looked requested quotes from several plumbers to have our water heater replaced with a new tankless water heater. One of the companies just gave a quote for a after having me take photos of the existing water heater, and the quote was for simply a replacement, not what I wanted. Another company came out after several days and said it would be awhile before they could do it because they were so busy. This was two weeks ago. Still no quote. Jon from Delaware Plumbing Professionals was out the morning after the day we called and after looking at what we had, gave us a quote right then. We waited a bit for the other quotes, and decided to go with Delaware Plumbing Professionals. Jon and his apprentice, Nick, were here as scheduled and got the job done. The installation took quite a while, but is very nicely done. They covered the floor and were careful to not make a mess. Now I have lots of hot water. Once the installation was done, Jon showed me where all the shutoff valves and controls for the water heater were. I'm very happy with the job they did. I've used this company before for a faucet replacement on an Angie's List deal and was happy with it as well. It was one reason why I decided to go with them again. I really like that just before they arrive, you get both an email and a text message telling you they are on the way, and both include a photo of the person coming, so you know who to expect and are comfortable letting them in the door. It's just an added safety measure that adds to my satisfaction."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. "Howard arrived early.  The picture that needed to be hung did not have a wire but had prongs in the back.  He was able to get the picture secured in about 5 minutes.  He fixed the blinds that my husband had hung on one window and then installed the other blinds.  Howard took off both doors that needed screening and installed the screens. One of the doors needed the door knobfixed and he was easily able to do that.  Last, he used a ladder to climb up on a hard-to-reach area in the foyer and cleaned it.
We discussed his other services which include electrical and plumbing. 
Howard made sure that everything was cleaned up before he left.
I am very pleased.  The only thing that could have been a problem was that he said that Angie's List had no record of my purchase. Luckily, I had my printed copy, which he took.  Howard could have made a big deal of this, but he said he would take care of it.
I will absolutely use him again.
