I hired him to install a kitchen backdrop and rehired him for multiple projects. Just recently he finished installing a new shower stall, vanity, lighting and bathroom floor. He also installed new lighting and replaced the basement drop ceiling with drywall. "

I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. I eventually had to stop them from continuing, as it was clear this project was beyond John and Sherry's capacity. They bit off more than they could chew.
