"I call this company a guy name Paul picked up and then he send a guy name Raj. The guy told me $400 for the fix and tone up for my steam boiler. Then he didn't even drain the water and clean the boiler. Next day the boiler was flooded and I call them and for next 2 days they kept telling me they are coming and never showed up! So I had to get some other guy to fix the issue. *This company overcharge you and don't do the job properly and leave you hanging*"

He was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating when he made the appointment with me via text and phone confirmations. Customer service and courteous treatment were at the forefront of the conversations. When James arrived to do the work, he was prompt, clean, skilled, and knowledgeable. He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher. He advised me to get a new dishwasher, instead of fixing the old one. Many plumbers would fix the old one even if it wasn't advantageous to do so, just for the fee.
