"I contacted Jeff Davis regarding several items needing attention on a home I was placing on the market. Items included repairing the ridge cap on the roof, repairing metal facia, repairing cap rail, gate and resealing large exterior deck, painting ceilings in the house, repair drywall cracks, replace two doors, repaint or stain all exterior doors, tile front porch and entryway & other small items. My only recommendation would be to have multiple small jobs listed and priced as separate line items on the contact. Makes mods or deletions (which will happen) easier to follow.
