"The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

"The worker came on time with the owner of Freewalt.   We all conferred as to what needed to be done to make sure we were on the same page.   They actually noticed a piece of the border in one entry way that needed to be repaired which was done.  And another little project I asked them to do (restaple an edging) was done without objection or charge. 
So, trim was removed, bathroom door removed, edging removed.   Walls were torn down, replaced, mudded, and prepared for painting which I did.
On time, professional, and went beyond what was expected.   I would use them again and recommend.

"After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly.
