Despite the weird shape of the house and not a lot of extra space to work with, Druziako figured out a way to get it installed. They was fantastic from the initial estimate appointment through finishing installation. Everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell it is a family owned business. The price was extremely reasonable and everything got done quickly. It took a couple of extra days beyond the original plan but that was only to make sure it all got done correctly and to figure out how to work out a few problems (again with the old house). Great communication including after the fact to help us get rebates and warranties set up. 100% recommend."

From the estimate to the installation, he was quick to respond, knowledgeable, clearly explained the difference between a heat pump and traditional AC, and answered all our questions. He was even able to install our new heat pump the day after the estimate (while waiting for parts on another job), then made sure to check the ceiling vents with a temperature gun to ensure the system was cooling properly. The camera showed a drop in the Sewer line and a line pitch problem, going from a 5 feet pitch to only a 2 1/2 feet pitch by the sidewalk. I had not received complete instructions from the store where I bought the appliances, so 2 visits by Milltown were required. That probably added to the cost unnecessarily. They also fixed a leaky valve on the hot water heater. The two Freds and Bernie were great to work with - I would definitely use them again for plumbing needs.
