They contacted our insurance company, filed all the necessary paperwork, met with the adjustor and then completed the work. We were shown several samples but they were not exactly what we wanted. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. When I explained my desire to handle most of it as a DIY project, he explained how I could accomplish certain items on my own and recommended what a professional should handle. He was prompt with this schedule, very informative, very professional, and was up front with any concerns about the work we had in mind. Best of all, he gives free estimates. I have not asked him to complete any of the services we discussed yet, but when the date comes, he will be the person I call."
