I was contacted within minutes of my request for an estimate, and I was able to get an estimate the next day. The estimate was reasonable for the work involved, and we were able to schedule service a week later. The team arrived that day and took care of the entire job like a finely oiled machine! I was so impressed. And to top it off, Carlos is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional, that I felt that he had my back the entire time. "It took weeks to schedule a sprinkler repair with Rick rescheduling multiple times. Very little concern for my problem and appeared to be put out by my needs. When he finally arrived, he did not listen to my requests, interrupted me often, and declined to wear a mask, stating he did not believe in the severity of COVID. Since he was there, I had him make some minor repairs. Quite expensive and billed me for 1 1/2 hours when, in fact, he was only there less than an hour. I strongly do not recommend his services."
