"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"When the crew came to my house and started the project they were working wide open for two days removing old siding gutters and trim. They installed new siding trim and gutters cleaned up everything. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs work on their home. Thank you again for your help with my project. John and Cinbdy"

"We had our siding and gutters replaced to include gutter guards as we have leaf season rather than fall. From start to finish this was the easiest renovation we've ever had done. We never had to make a phone call for any updates. The siding crew and gutter crew were awesome! They all worked hard and were very friendly and informative. The siding was completely finished in two days and the gutters in one. The project manager Jahleel was great with updates and checking on the crew's work. Super nice person!! We would enthusiastically recommend Home Genius for any exterior renovations."

"After purchasing our new home and enduring an especially cold and snowy winter, we noticed that water was collecting in our gutters and seeping into the drywall. This turned out to be the result of an improperly installed roof edge that would not allow snow and water to be pushed away from the house. We contacted Virtuous Roofing and asked if they could send someone over to review. They responded almost immediately and had a crew inspecting our roof the next day. The boss, Edgar, personally reached out to confirm the arrival of his crew. He even delivered the materials to fix the roof himself! Edgar took the time to show how his crew had replaced the roof under the guidance of the previous owner. The next day, the crew was back and quickly installed the new roof edge. They were very easy to communicate with, and under Edgar's guidance, I feel like we are in good hands should anything else come up with our roof and gutters!"

"I had a great experience with Lion's Roofing and Gutters LLC! They repaired a leak in my roof caused by a vent that had been removed during a previous roofing installation but not properly covered. Their team quickly identified the issue and efficiently fixed the problem where it was needed. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. They were professional, easy to work with, and communicated clearly throughout. The cost was reasonable, especially since the repair wasn’t large enough to go through insurance. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lion's Roofing and Gutters LLC for any roofing needs!"

"Did a good job cleaning the gutters"

"I am in the process of selling my home, the buyers added a requirement to the inspection resolution that I enlist a specific contractor to perform some general repairs. I have not encountered a situation of this nature, and I decided to obtain a second opinion. I contacted Chris with Five Sons, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, going well above and beyond. Following a brief conversation this afternoon, he drove from the West side of Denver all the way over to my home, which is just off of E470 and Jewell, to provide me with peace of mind. He conducted the inspection and advised me that he agreed with the majority of the proposal the buyers had obtained, however turned down my offer for the work, stating that he preferred that I go with the buyers roofer, which should keep them happy and ensure I have a successful close on the house. Needless to say, I will be calling Five Sons for any/all major roofing work in the future. Thank you Chris!"

"They did a fantastic job, made the whole process seamless and easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone."
