I was on a conference call for an hour and he finished right when my call was ending without any disturbance. He showed me the 2 new Woodford frost proof faucets and how to close them only hand-tight as over-tightening would damage or shorten the life of the elastomer valve seats. Danny was very helpful explaining the care of the new outdoor faucets including removing hoses for winter. Overall this was easy, professional and of great quality."

I called 5-10 different places to get quotes, they were the most affordable by a decent margin. Kratos was really great- he was on time, very friendly, wasn't annoyed by our dogs constantly being at his side, etc. He finished the job very quickly and gave great education on how the system works and what we should be looking for to ensure it's functioning well. Additionally, he randomly fixed an electrical issue we were having with some outlets! Totally not his job, but I asked him if he knew a good electrician and by doing some basic trouble-shooting he was able to fix it and save us the cost of having an electrician come by!
