This was the *Cadillac* of the companies, I spoke to: the cost of a permit was included, they guarantee in writing that you will pay only the estimated price, no matter what, and they have a final, separate quality inspection that nobody else does (or at least mentions). There is no doubt in my mind that these guys do a good job, and if that is all you care about, by all means, give them a shot."

Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered.
