"Although the ultimate product was satisfactory, the workers required close supervision by a company manager even though I was told when I agreed to hire them I was advised that their "most experienced" workers would be doing the work. I identified a fresh air return system that was initially installed bulging out of the wall frame which would have blocked a door opening and made it impossible to install drywall. This resulted in the installation being redone. In the bathroom, the fresh air run was placed in a section of the ceiling that left inadequate room for the planned integrated ceiling fan/light. Rather than having the work completely re-done we gave up on the integrated fan and resulting in our electrician having to install a regular fan in the original space and a light installed in another section of the ceiling. Had they followed the plan that was provided they could have realized that they needed to run the duct work in another section of the ceiling leaving room for the oversized fan/light. The workers were courteous and completed the work on time even with the necessary "adjustments". The bid was very competitive and overall reviews on the company are good which resulted in the decision to hire them."
