"We had a hot water heater and toilet replaced. Joe and crew were very professional, timely, efficient, and clean. Very pleased with the work that was done!"

"House has base board (boiler) heating system and wanted whole house AC. After consulting with Neal/Duane choose a Bosch 2 ton AHU w/35k inverter. Also had them add a surge protector because of the frequent power surges/outages in the area I live in rural area (Oswego county). Duct work needed to be installed which added to over all cost in materials and labor. Another factor was I had them add in the heating section of the system as the cost was minimal to the over all cost and now have a backup heating system. Work was done timely with little interruption. All was cleaned up afterwords and Duane did a little touch up work on the sub-contracted duct work. Used a Smart thermostat for the installed heat pump and later replace the boiler thermostat w/ a smart thermostat as well which allows me to control/monitor all heating and AC systems remotely. Very glad and satisfied I went with Prime Heating and Air ."

"I would like to commend Andrew from Do It Right Plumbing for the great job he did installing our new faucet. He arrived on time, explained what he was doing, and less than an hour later he was done. He is a credit to his company, and I will definitely call Do It Right for any future plumbing issues"

"I met with Oscar briefly when he came by for the bid. I had met with 2 other contractors and was floored by how personable he was compared to the other two. I felt like I was annoying the other contractors when discussing the job as I wasn t 100% sure on which direction my girlfriend and I wanted to go with the layout of the new bathroom. Oscar was able to put both of our minds at ease after suggesting some layouts he had previously done. He treated the bid like he already had the job and that made both of us very confident that he would be the right one for the job. The demo process was extremely clean and fast. He gutted the entire bathroom in a day and had materials on site the following day. He helped us decide which tiles to go with which helped move the job along even quicker. The whole process took less time then we thought. We were expecting two weeks minimum and he was able to do everything we wanted in a week. This was big as we were moving in and only had one bathroom with a shower in the house. The overall appearance was marvelous. The tile work was perfect. I wasn t too sold on the tiles at first, however my girlfriend was. After seeing everything done I couldn t be happier I trusted her judgement. Oscar was very easy to communicate with during the process and flexible to make adjustments for a small additional fee, which we didn t mind paying, as his price was under our budget already. Since moving in we get compliments all the time on our bathroom. It is easily the nicest feature in our house. Our next big project will be our kitchen and I have no doubt in my mind that Rapid Renovations will be doing the job. If you re looking for someone who knows what they re doing and has experience with many different new styles and trends, choose this company for the work. It s a no brainer. Ive recommend him to all my friends and family and the ones that have hired him for their projects will tell you the same!"

"My hot water heater was spewinig water and I called Cooney that night and they walked me through shutting off the water and draining the tank. They were there the next day with a new water heater and installed it. I was thrilled with the service, promptness and professionalism of all involved. Will definitely be using them again.

"Al from Airco Witz came to my home on a holiday weekend to install my new hot water heater and did not charge me for overtime hours. He was polite and knowledgeable about the situation. Prices were fair and below what some others had quoted. Work was done quickly and even though it required unforeseen additional work was done reasonably fast and well. The new tank works great and my family and I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Airco-Witz. I recommend."
