"Cory has done an enormous amount of work on my residence as well as my rental over the past three years. He has remodeled my kitchen and bathroom and made them more handicapped accessible for this senior citizen. I didn't need a plumber nor electrician as he was able to install and hook up all appliances himself. He has painted the entire downstairs and updated the lighting in both rooms, as well as the basement, breezeway and garage. Additionally he replaced my back deck, strengthening one corner so I was able to add a 350 gallon outdoor aquarium (installed by Gavin Gardens) Cory and his crew replaced my front deck and added a handicapped ramp. Cory also upgraded my outside lighting and installed security cameras. I have had a wonderful, trusting relationship with Cory and his crew. He has a wonderful sense of humor, listens carefully to what I want, and then makes suggestions based on his expertise. His workmanship is SOLID! I trust him completely!!"

"It was such a pleasure to have Don & his crew work on our pool deck. Not only is it spectacular, we were so very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy always shown to us. Don was always in communication with us about the status of the plans, the permits, building material arrival & delaysthe whole nine yards. He & his crew showed up on time, worked hard & late to get our job done. I have to mention that Don was the one who came up with the plans for the deck. We had to change the original location of our pool because of town code restrictions & ended up putting it at the base of a hill, just off our outdoor patio. We had a hard time envisioning a deck for the pool & Don came up with a beautiful deign to marry to the paved patio & pool deck together. We couldnt be more pleased & hope to work with him again when we decide to upgrade our deck off the family room."

"When my roof started leaking I began the arduous task of getting estimates for a new roof. After getting a number of estimates from most of the minor and major roofing companies serving Orange County NY, I was not impressed. Most of the larger companies were expensive and the owner is not involved in the installation. The smaller companies had no website or did not belong to the Better Business Bureau. I also received a couple of estimates from home improvement companies which although they had much lower estimates, they were not accredited with the shingle manufacturer which could void the warranty. As a last resort I called Luna Siding and Roofing, Inc. Their salesman Sam came out the next day and I explained to him I did not need the whole sales pitch about the shingles which I had heard a number of times already. He explained to me that the owner is on site throughout the roof installation. Sam did not give me an estimate on the spot which all of the other contractors previously had. A day or two later I received a detailed estimate of the work to be done with a ton of additional information. I was also impressed with the fact that I was given a 48 hour discounted price which helped to expedite my decision. After doing some research of the company as well as requesting photos of actual work that they had done, I signed a contract. To my luck they had an immediate opening. Within a few days after sending a deposit, the owner Rolando and his crew arrived 7am in the morning and immediately went to work. Unfortunately for me the roof sheathing had two problems, it was only 3/8 inch plywood and portions of the roof exposed to direct sunlight all day had melted the shingles onto the plywood which was impossible to remove. After doing some quick online research and talking to Rolando, I decided to have the entire roof sheathing replaced with 1/2 inch plywood. Although it was unexpected expense, I do not believe in being penny wise and dollar foolish as the saying goes, putting a new roof over questionable roof sheathing could lead to very expensive problems later which the shingle manufacturer may not cover. Rolando was also flexible with allowing me to pay a small balance in the near future after the holidays. The crew worked throughout the day and were completed by 4 in the afternoon. The yard was completely cleaned and the roof looked great. I would highly recommend Luna Siding and Roofing to friends and family."

"Shaun and his team and did a great job on our pool deck. Very reasonable price! We would definitely recommended him and his team and will use them in the future."

"Sean is a consummate professional in every way. From the appointment for an estimate to completion of the work it was seamless. He stayed within his estimate, showed up each day on time and completed all work skillfully. He cleaned up all debris and left my home spotless. It is rare these days to find such a conscientious worker. I’ve been ghosted and ripped off far too many times. My only complaint is that I wish Sean’s scope of work encompassed more! Do not hesitate to hire this skilled young man!"
