He and his employee were both master craftsmen who took pride in their work and in their business relationships. They started work the day Shane said they would, showed up early and put in a full day, and cleaned up after themselves daily. "The initial meeting was terrific; our sales representative was professional, friendly, and very solicitous. However, once the carpet and flooring were ordered, our install dates were changed and the installers were not happy about moving our appliances (although we were told it wasn't a problem by the sales dept). Communication from the Sales Staff to the Company was poor. Had to make multiple calls to the company to clarify issues."

Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty.
