"I am extremely pleased with the work done by Mike of McDaniel Maintenance. He sanded, primed and painted a steel front door that was pealing that and had rust spots. Also sanded and painted the surrounding trim. He also replaced blinds over the kitchen sink. And wired a ceiling light to replace a bathroom fan. Mike was polite, professional and cleaned up the areas nicely. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend McDaniel Maintenance.
