"As female investor seeking to hiring contractors that are transparent and have high integrity. I hit the jackpot with MIDPOINT COOL TEMP. Robert is passionate and genuine in his assessment and recommends "options to repair" vs immediately replacing a unit. Provided him a key to the vacant home, he got the heating system functioning, cleaned his area, and updated us promptly. FIVE STAR SERVICE all around!!"

"Was told that they do not service the Riverview area. Angie's List should not recommend to me if they don't service my area. Wasted my time while I could have contacted someone who could assist me."

"Of course the A/C quits on the afternoon of the 90+ degree day! Fan and compressor were not working, but indoor fan was, meaning either a capacitor or contractor issue in the outdoor unit. Called office 10 minutes before they were done for the day, but was able to confirm a repair appointment for first thing the next morning. Technician (Sean) was here at 8 am, and after a 2 minute discussion and check, confirmed that capacitor was the issue. Still under warranty from Bryant, so that was a plus, but I was surprised that there was a failure after only 3 years since last unit ( also a Bryant, nd installed by AC Engineers after house was built in 1997) never had a problem for the 17 years we had it until replaced with the higher efficiency unit. The interesting comment from the technician was that he would likely replace 5-6 more capacitors that day (!!!!!), not tied to any particular brand of unit, but more because all the manufacturers use the same capacitor from the same source, and "they literally don't build them like the used too". Rather illuminating - In addition to the capacitor fix, he did a full service check of the system. Excellent job, responsive and knowledgeable."

"We were very satisfied with what they did. They work promptly and skilled with what they do. There here for five days and the experience was great"
