"George was wonderful to work with in the planning phase, very responsive, he answered all my questions as we discussed the install. About a half hour after they left, I discovered a leak from a small copper pipe and called George. He came right back to fix it which he did, but we realized it was not his work. Someone else had put in that section of copper tubing incorrectly. George was very kind and accommodating and fixed the problem.
