That is why we feel very fortunate to find Complete Home Repair. Al and his sons are truly excellent. They worked on our house for 6 days on various things. They were always on time, polite, and thoughtful. We felt comfortable to leave them in the house, but we met every morning to discuss the work on previous day. They did a fabulous job. On the top of that, for whatever concern we had, they also went the extra mile to address it. 
I want to share a small detail that I think shows Al's true color. One of the projects is Al installing a screen door for us. We agreed that if it takes more than 1 hour, he will charge more. On the next day, when I asked him how long it took him to finish the installation, Al told me exactly one hour. He could have told me longer and charged me more, but he didn't. 
This is the second time we hired Al. We are sure that it will not be the last time. He not only earns our business, but also wins our heart. Highly recommended!!

They're very nice and polite but quite frankly, it's just my intuitive sense I felt like I was being taken for a ride, like they were prescribing something that was probably unnecessary. I've had work before where people tell me I need thousands of dollars to work when all it really needed was a tiny little fix up. I asked them to clean up my chimney and they told me I needed $7,500 relining job, I become apprehensive. They did everything they were supposed to do. They were polite and took pictures on the inside of my chimney. He cautioned me not to use the fireplace. All well and good but the recommendation for a relining that sort of made me run away fast. I thought were careful and did everything well until the $7,500 repair was recommended. I need a second opinion. It does not make sense."

"Mr. Klein had been recommended by a neighbor for the outstanding work he had done on her home.  We physically saw how his team worked and their immediate response to a problem found by the homeowner.  He gave my 75 year old mother an estimate for jobs #1 and 2 listed above.  She was not interested just yet on replacing the room addition roof as she had never heard of the material involved before and was leery. Mr. Klein was contracted to do only job #1 and guaranteed his work and roof for HIS lifetime. He pulled out his current State of AL contractors license and showed  us without our having to awkwardly ask.  He told us when to expect his crew and they were on time, fast, efficient and very clean. Unlike the disaster of Rice Construction who had replaced the roof a few years earlier and failed to mention to my parents that there were "soft spots" at the pitch of the roof. Mr. Klein noted this damage immediately and brought it to our attention. Kudos to Mr. Klein. An excellent job was completed. Job #2 was contracted less than a week later.  After the new roof was completed, we had severe weather with hail. The new roof was fine but the addition room now had more damage/leaking. Mr. Klein again guaranteed his work and material to be used on the 2nd roofing. Another great and immaculate job completed. Job #3 was not contracted at all.  As a matter of fact, Mr. Klein had himself or his crew do the work and didn't charge my mother a thing.  Mr. Klein's crew could not fix the lock on the old sliding glass door so he personally went to Lowe's, purchased (at his cost) a swing arm lock for the door.   Thank you again Mr. Klein for such a wonderful experience with a contractor.  If any work is necessary in the future you will definitely be the first one we call.  "
