"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Excellent, friendly service. They came out same-day to diagnose the problem with our fridge and expedited the ordering of a replacement part. Affordable work and they fixed our fridge promptly. Would 100% call again!"

"Gilbert was able to diagnose the problem with our washing machine just by listening to it. He quickly identified the issue and ordered the part. After installing the replacement part, it was discovered another adjacent part was worn and damaged, which was ordered and installed later the same day. In addition to the washer repairs, Gilbert did a detailed cleaning and maintenance of our dryer. He is methodical, thorough, and seems genuinely concerned with ensuring the customer is satisfied. Highly recommended."

"He determined that it wasn't the dishwasher-it was the switch, so I will hire an electrician or handyman to look at the switch. He has a 30-day guarantee, so if it is not the switch, he will come back out within 30 days.  This was an extremely good experience. He was very knowledgeable about the product and about all products as we discussed some of my other appliances. I also had him look at a LG microwave while he was here and he educated me on why I was experiencing "arching."  I would  highly recommend him.

"This is our second call with them. Answer first ring, schedule immediately. Service call is waived when service is performed."

The service men at WeBeWorks came on time, cleaned the carpet and cleaned an upholstered bench.  This is the second time I have used their service and find the company to be superior to any other carpet cleaner.  There is no extra fee for "spot removal" for example.  If there were no spots, why would I need the carpet cleaned?

The service men were professional and efficient.  I would recommend this service very highly.
