They accommodated moving my new water heater to a different/preferred area of the basement. They worked hard all day without a lunch break and the work was very tidy- things were done quite cleanly and efficiently. They cleaned up afterward and everything looked great. Robin's communication with me was always prompt and excellent, including a follow-up call after installation. I can't write a review yet about the tankless brand itself because it's still quite new, but so far so good- we're enjoying the instant hot water and not worrying about running out of hot water!"

"Excellent job by sewer pro plumbing! They were always on time, performed a complete replacement of my old tankless including a total replumb, cleaned up after and overall did an excellent job. "Although the work was completed, the repairs were not completed without errors. The PVC piping to the shower drain was not properly aligned when gluing it together, resulting in a leak. The technician pulled the PVC piping apart and re-glued the piping. This did not leave me with a great deal of confidence in the repair and feel I must keep checking to make sure the leak does not return. Also the repair looks bad, as there is glue and dissolved PVC on the outside of the piping. In my opinion, the technician should have replaced it with fresh piping. The toilet tank rebuild was performed with an adjustable fill valve. The technician failed to lock the fill valve at the proper length for my toilet tank. I went to check the repair and when I took the top off the toilet tank the fill valve popped up. The fill valve popped up so high that you could not put the top back on the toilet tank and the fill valve did not turn off and water ran continuously. Fortunately, the technician was still there and lock the fill valve down at the proper level. I rated the price as average, as I did not get competitive prices to determine if the charges were reasonable."

"It's part of a pair and the base of one of them was broken, it wasn't an electrical problem.   I thought the lady was very nice.  We're not sure if the lamp can be repaired but she's going to try and that's good enough for me.  It's a $300-$400 lamp, I told her I didn't really care what it looked like - just so that it would stand up straight.  She explained what they had to do.  It's a heavy lamp and they had to balance it and fill it in because some of the ceramic part was missing.   She wasn't sure when they would get to it but didn't really care."
