"Since I only needed a very small piece for my project, I was referred directly to the fabrication shop for a remnant. Donnie was extremely helpful in showing me what they had and in working out a very reasonable price. On the day they were cutting my granite, he sent me pictures asking my opinion and approval on what part of the slab I was most interested in for my piece, and he put me on the calendar on the day I requested for installation. The day prior to installation, we had a snafu with the cabinet makers, and Donnie did everything in his power to remedy the situation. The installers showed up on time and called in advance to let me know they were on their way, and they put in extra time and effort on site to work around the cabinet issues we had discovered the day before. This is the second time we have used Queen City Kitchens (Imported Stone when we used them to resurface our kitchen counters 3 years ago). They are a top notch operation, and a special shout out to Donnie and his installers for their promptness and their ability to help fix a less than ideal situation. We will definitely use them again!"

"John and his crew came out on a Friday after coming out for an initial visit to confirm the issues we were having. I needed to have a septic tank extractor pump replaced. In the difficult process or removing this pump, John also had to arrange to have our septic tank pumped out. The pump was difficult to install because of its location, and then right after they installed it, the bearings went out (faulty brand new pump). John called the supply house and made them stay open late so we would have functional plumbing over the weekend. They drove out, got another pump and then had to install the pump again. We also had them replace a downstairs toilet for us. Overall, they were punctual, polite and worked hard to make sure we were happy. We plan on having them come back out in install two other toilets."

"This company was referred to me by another contractor. This was my 1st time using them. I called and set up an appt. easily. My plumber " Paul", called 30 mins before he arrived. He showed up on time and completed work in a timely fashion. He checked my shower and issues in all bathrooms and in the crawlspace. I appreciated him taking pics of all the problems and pics p repairs done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done before work was done and then wrote up an estimate. I am in an older home and explained the type of pipes I had in other areas would need to be replaced eventually and is to send me a quote for this to be done later. No mess left behind. I am very pleased with this service and just texted my sister to call them for commode replacement. Thank you so much, Paul, for your professionalism, honesty, and kindness. I will use in the future."

"Eddie was fantastic.  He quickly and efficiently installed my new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet.  He left the place neat as a pin.  He was helpful and courteous.  Scheduling the service was terrific too.  The scheduler was very helpful.  I am very pleased and will be having Eddie back to install a new toilet.  Excellent Service!!!!

"Initially contacted Albert by phone. VM was returned the following business day. Crew was dispatched same day. Work was OK overall. Crew was diligent about using plastic to protect areas from compound and dust. A couple of areas needed touch-up and required a second visit to resolve. The crew that was going to come back for touch-up work didn't show up on the agreed upon time and date. They did show the following work day after a couple of calls to Albert."

"They did an ok job. FYI, Granite is measured in linear feet, which I did not know. Be aware that all they do is granite! They disconnect your plumbing and you have to pay $250 for their plumber or find your own to reconnect your plumbing the next day. My molding was attached to my old counter top and came off with it along with some paint and they do not reapply new molding, patch, paint, repair etc so you will need a handyman/carpenter after they are done! Just be informed, ask questions before you pay. $1499 angies list deal plus $600 more bc my kitchen counters were 45 linear ft plus $225 plumber fee and more money for handyman fees to paint and reattach molding, haven't had it done yet... Look for a deal that offers 45ft and includes plumbing..."

"He did great work, the issues I have is that he did not clean up correctly after himself and did not flush the system (correctly) creating what could have been issues.
After he left I went around and checked where he worked and found some items that I consider issues. Under the house where he cut the copper line loose to install the house shut off valve he left water on the ground (fortunately the ground is covered with plastic) and I had to clean it up. Their was a 5-gallon bucket within ten feet of where he was working. Also, he left the copper pipe that he cut loose in place to add the closet shut off valve. I had to cut the two hangers that were holding the pipe to remove it (took me about 30 seconds, that is after I went to mg garage and got the tools to do it).
Also, while he was here he let water drain on the ground when he installed the two shut off valves for the outside faucets (again had to clean it up, was minor but he still should of cleaned it up). Plus, when he was replacing the flexible water lines in one bathroom he should of bled the lines before making the final connections to the faucet...the cold water side had trash that broke loose and some trash got stuck in the faucet and very little cold water would come out.
Due to the make and model of the faucet he did not carry spare parts for it. He said, he had the same thing happen to another customer and they let it run all night and in the morning it was OK as the material that got stuck in it finally dissolved. This could have been eliminated by flushing the water lines (two outside faucets, and the three sink faucets before making the final connections). He did tell me if I needed to replace it where to go (tell them he sent me) and he would come back and replace it for a service and a installation charge. This is for an issue he created as the faucet worked fine just before he got here. This is the main reason I will not use him again as he should of informed me to run the water (if need be) over night and if that does not correct the issue that he would replace/rebuild it at no cost to me. He also informed me that if he rebuilt the faucet that he would not guarantee it. Did not say anything but sure was not a happy camper at that time on a issue he created. Seeing as to the faucet is OK now that is a mute issue.
When he left I checked to ensure everything else worked and when I ran the showers, bathtub, washing machine and flushed the toilets their was a lot of dirty water. I did follow his advice and let the one  faucet run (cold water side). Checked it every hour and after a couple of hours it was flowing OK. Like I said he did great work, but should of cleaned up after himself and flushed the lines. Also, he should of informed me to check all water devices and flush them to be on the safe side. Just good practice to ensure that the customer does not get any surprises, like washing the first load of clothes, taking a shower, bath.or cooking something in a pot (would of hated to drink a glass of water looking like that). I understand that it would of not hurt anyone in any way as it forms on the inside of water lines and if you open them up and let air get in, then after the system is repaired the water breaks the stuff loose and it just looks nasty...boy tell that to my wife).
Then when my wife came home she noticed the rug was dirty where he worked or walked (brown stain from working under the house). She had to shampoo the rug (was not happy about that). Sure am glad I flushed all the lines before she came home as she would of really got mad with me."
