Two guys came out, unclogged the toilet drain line, tightened the bolts to sink bracket, repaired toilet handle and installed a new toilet seat. The workers were very polite and professional. They cleaned their mess when finished. In fact the bathroom looked better when they finished than when they started. I was very pleased with their work. I will gladly use their services again

Although he didn't have the materials on hand to do so, I appreciated that he ran out to a hardware store to procure them, as opposed to making me set up another appointment. The repair was executed quickly and seems to be working well. The only negative comment I had was that I was disappointed that he did not have a borescope as I had requested when I set up the appointment, so I am still not sure whether there was water damage caused by the problem inside my walls."
