I have noted a significant language barrier but explicitly instructed him to use GPS. I believe his claim that the GPS failed is false and that he canceled because he lacked the time to complete the job. I found the experience extremely unprofessional and stated that if he had been honest about his availability, I would have hired someone else. "

"After the high pressure sales tactics and 4 hours, we decided to have 12 windows replace. They sold us on the lifetime warranty for product and installation. 10 years later the uv coating is failing and looks tremble. Called their customer service # and was informed that the manufacturer canceled the warranty and will not replace the window sashes without me paying $180 per sash. Each window has 2 sashes and would be $360 per windows times 12 windows equals $4320. Don't fall for their tactics and fake warranties. "
