The price was more than fair and Pedro stands by his work. Our bathroom is beautiful and we are already thinking about getting our kitchen done. "While the work New Image Flooring initially did seemed great, we quickly found a couple of problems with it. Namely, the washer they installed does not work: it leaks water all over our floor (actually damaged our new floor) and we are going to incur the additional expense of a plumber to fix it. New Image refuses to fix it, saying that they just installed the washer, and basically that they didn't guarantee it would work. This strikes me as a strange idea: that they would charge us to install something but not guarantee it would work. We will not work with them again, and do not recommend them. We are very disappointed."
