They had multiple call offs and the person that was working . They would not stay whole day . There was days will he come at 9am and left 12nn and stated that how will needed to work other job site. and he wouldn't be at our work site a whole day and complain already multiple times to the project manager Justin rowe. We keep reminding them to put a shoes to protect our floors and we paid so much for the floor and the labor . They had a gasps in the baseboard and everything and already paid 5000 and its original charge 7200 but we thought we had hire a professional work done but we had hire somebody else to fix the job and we paid a lot of money thinking this was the trust worthy company but we took advantage and Justin cared about collecting my husband and needed a check to get the month quota and the job was not done and we are disappointed and we spend a lot of money for this project. Our service fees are reasonable-we have a one hour minimum charge of $90/hr residential and $95/hr commercial. We have no additional fees. We do not employ sub contractors for our basic services.
