Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. "I hired this company to renovate a garage that was converted into a family room approx 60 years ago by my parents. The space included a shower, toilet, in small area. After inheriting the house, I hired this company to update the bathroom, which was the original construction 1955, only a cement finish. Additionally, he transformed the family room into a bedroom for myself and added a sink vanity and mirror, installed new doors, and laid tile in the vanity area, bthrm, & shower stall. "They told us it would take a day. Then installer called and said he needed three days. Tried to find someone to help solve this problem. Have contacted four different staff members who have said they want to help and will put me in touch with someone, but not followed through. Disappointing after an initial great start with the sales person and office team. But once the three-day contract cancellation window was over they went MIA"

Our only minor complaint is sometimes the communication was lacking between project managers and the crew. We had a couple miscommunications along the way but it was a big project so we understand that’s bound to happen."
