"Shia of Appliance Mann was in one word the BEST!!!!!!!! He showed up on time, knew exactly what was wrong with my washer/dryer expedited the needed part with my service provider came back in a couple of days and fixed it. Most important I could see what a top notch mechanic he is by the way he took apart the machine so carefully and put everything back the same way! He also stood back and ran the machine to see if it worked before he left- how many mechanics do that? last but not least he treated my house like his own. He was so careful where he worked not to scratch the appliance or hit the walls in the laundry room which made my wife happy. I can say this. I have extended warranties on my other appliances with Service Assurance (my contractor) and if I call them again I will DEMAND that they send Shia!!!"
