"Pena Appliance Repair provided a high level of service. My Bosch dishwasher door would no longer securely latch, which prevents the unit from operating. The unit was also not properly anchored within the cabinetry when first installed by another company. That instability led to the latch not securely locking the unit for proper operation. The office manager was fantastic, keeping me up to date on every step of the process, as well as scheduling. She was very kind and supportive, providing a very high level of service. The technician arrived on time, did a full diagnostic, and explained everything clearly. What I appreciated most was the transparency. After they opened the fridge, they found an additional issue with the door gasket that wasn’t visible during the initial inspection. They gave me two options — a full door replacement (which is standard for Miele) or a cheaper repair option. I chose the repair, and it saved me a lot of money.
