"My hot water heater broke down and Rick called me almost immediately after I submitted my request on Home Advisor on a Sunday. Said that he'd be out Monday afternoon, but arrived at my house early mid morning with 2 helpers. Simply outstanding experience! The stairs to my basement were "shaky" and Rick did not feel that they were safe to bring the new water heater in and the old one out. While the two other helpers were busy replacing the water heater, Rick worked the entire time to repair my stairs. And that was definitely needed! When he was almost finished, he was concerned that the repair job may not hold, so while his helpers were finishing the tank replacement, Rick went out and bought some long screws to secure the stair repair job!!! All at no extra charge! Also replaced the cold water input valve to the tank at no extra charge. He charged me what he quoted me upfront. If you need any kind of home repair/contract work done call Rick! Don't mess around and take a chance with your money and time! Great people and companies like this are hard to find. "We had another plumber come out & they were unable to correct a leak in our kitchen faucet. That plumber recommended we buy a new faucet, which we did. Luckily this "other" plumber did not charge us. Once we purchased a new faucet, I got this big deal to have it installed. The faucet was likely original to our 24 year old home. The plumbers could not free the nuts from the faucet & I recommended they just cut it out. The only small issue we had was that they came to our house much later than promised. In their defense they were repairing a major leak in someone's basement & they wanted to clean up before arriving."

What I thought was a leak in the shower drain damaging the downstairs ceiling was discovered through Alan's thorough inspection to be the result of an exterior chimney issue leading to rainwater damaging the interior structures. "They did a great job. Left no mess. Finished up in a few hours and I was able to use my bathtub the next day.

They gave me my receipt plus explained that there is a warranty which is transferrable which is nice because I am selling my house. I was very pleased. I was told when I scheduled my appointment that if the tub had been previously refinished that there would be an additional $100.00 charge so it was more than I expected but it was well worth the price. I will be scheduling with them again since I bought a new house!

"I Hired Buckeye Waterproofing because they did my son and daughter in laws house and they were very pleased and the basement looked great. I was nervous I'm an older man if I could've done it myself I would've but i'm glad I didn't. My basement was leaking had mold, a wall moving, and cracks. it was in awful shape and completely unusable. Rick came out and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair due to the horrible condition of the basement. I hired them right away and they got the job started right away. Rick came out with a crew of 4 guys the day the job was set to start. He explained everything to me went over the details I was able to tell him specifics I wanted they set up plastic so my stuff wouldn't get dirty and plastic hanging in the doorways so it wouldn't get the other room's  dirty. They also set up tarp to walk on so my floors didn't get dirty. They also set ply-wood on the lawn so the machine didn't ruin my lawn. Over a period of 4 days they waterproofed my basement from the outside and installed 6 structural straps from the inside. The sprayed mold removal on the walls and scrubbed them. They also filled in all the cracks with  mortar. The waterproofing fixed the leaking, the straps prevented the wall from moving more. I haven't had a problem since and i'm finally able to use my basement. I couldn't be more grateful and happy I hired them.
