"I recently hired and had the Stay Dry Waterproofing company out of Marysville, OH come on 4/21/2025 and 5/2/2025 and mold remediate and ?supposedly? encapsulate my basement. (I live in a 125 year old house.) This is not the job I was pitched by the salesman and sold. Many, many professional people have told me this is not an acceptable job and it is absolutely NOT what they sold me which was encapsulation. (There is nothing about their work that is encapsulation. Nothing is sealed at all.) They told me they?d take out the trash they made and didn?t. They tracked dirt all upstairs. (Basement is dirt floor). I called the Stay Dry company to complain about the work not being what I paid for and on they sent out my salesperson Greg Gough and a supposed ?manager? named Troy. That?s all I know. I do know after the way I was treated that Stay Dry Waterproofing does not care about their customers or the quality of their work AT ALL. Work is not what contract stated. TERRIBLE COMPANY! "

"I can not speak higher of All American Waterproofing out of Wadsworth, Ohio! I live by the Wolf Creek Tavern in Norton’s loyal Oak & for the first time since moving in late 2001/early 2002 my basement suffered a massive flood August 8, 2023. Owner Mike Johns gave me his plan & the estimate. Other companies sent young people who never actually did the work and were basically just reinstalling what I already had downstairs. Mike had a much better plan, And I feel confident that I could finish my basement and it is never going to get wet again! I now have a sump pump in each corner of the basement, the sump pumps have secondary backup pumps, they have battery back ups in case the power goes out, all the pumps and all my downspouts all the way around the house are now dumped far from the house down by the road. "We recently had Hart Masonry and Waterproofing replace our foundation and waterproof the basement. The entire process was easy and Brandon and his crew were phenomenal! We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise.They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Hart Masonry and Waterproofing to anyone that has basement structural or water issues."

"Got a quote based on information I gave, knowing that this was an estimate based on usual circumstances. Very punctual, two problems, first was a clogged drain than was cleared quickly, the second was a defective outside spigot that split because I forgot to remove house line for the winter. The basement was finished making it difficult to get to the line so replacement could be completed. Both jobs were completed, area was broom clean, the final bill was slightly higher then quote because of extra time need to get to line with out damaging. Ceiling etc. I would use again, loved his good nature and humor."

Tony explained to us that this break should have been caught when they were last out and it will be fixed free of charge under their warranty. "Tuesday in June 2022, 4:03 PM Received a call from my wife, that our water had stopped while my son was in the shower. 4:14 PM Placed a call to Quality Water (QW) for Service. Keep in mind they are a "24 hour" service, is what they say. Customer Service (CS) said when asked, for service call charges normally is $135.00. After 4 PM is when premium rates kick in, which is $229.00 for service call (not per hour) to get back up plus parts and I said I was okay with that because I did not have water. LONG STORY SHORT: they called couldn't be out that night and put me off till next morning. They called next morning, all crew out on a big job and can't make it till tomorrow-24 hrs. service? When they did, the plumbing was way different and after they came back out to change it, again as I had before, they didn't do like I asked and leaks. Charged me $2395.00 to replace a switch & 22 gal. pressure tank - very high, but they had me over a barrel. Check the picture of the plumbing I found after they left - I trusted them for years and was shocked of how I found it when it simple came straight in down and over to the tank like a square Z to this? No written estimate or receipt, I had to call to ask for it. As a former service manager, I can tell you this service manager, Aaron did not handle this correctly at all. In pre court resolution now, and possible small claims to rectify. This from a customer that used this company for a couple decades, but first time for 911 services - no longer using unless this is cleared to satisfaction. Take my advise, don't call them for 911 services because they will rack you over the coals and are NOT true 24 hour service. There is a lot more bulleted points I could add, but won't. I am a patient person, but they blocked both my phone numbers and the owner never called to solve, only left a response on Google reviews to give him a call to resolve and want to keep their rave reviews. They have my number and if cared, could have this taken care of long ago. Unfortunately, small claims are next, if not cleared up very soon."
