"Both technicians were prompt, professional, clean and courteous. You cannot tell that anyone was even here they did such a good job cleaning up. We had a small wiring job (new breaker circuit and multiple outlets) to be quoted and Electrician Mike completed the job immediately following the estimate. HVAC Mike arrived shortly after and completed the overdue checkup on our furnace. He even cleaned the filter on our dehumidifier -- I didn't even know it had one, lol! We will be doing a remodel on our main floor soon and will have Cardinal out to do the electrical, plumbing and gas for the job. My wife has commented twice already about how well they cleaned up after completing their respective projects!"

"Work was done quickly and expertly and carries a 3 year warranty. Cost is based on project not time to preform which sounds like a benefit. I had one electrical outlet installed on outdoor front patio taping power inside right behind new outlet. Parts maybe $50; time on project 40 mins as he also checked two switches at front door too. Cost? $729. My fault I guess. I’m new to Iowa and didnt know the electrical code but I should have done it myself. No complaints about the work though."

It had, and there was nothing to be done besides reset it. When I messaged the person who was in charge that day that I wished I had known, he said there were other things it could have been. But on Christmas Eve, in the spirit, he might have suggested an old lady try first just pushing the button herself. He gave me a discount when I said I wished I had known."

"Great! I had another electrician and a handyman or two in to look at the problem I was having with the kitchenette blowing fuses left and right. Brian and his partner took an hour or two to really test out all the connections and in the end found a faulty set up and did the repair. I have had no problems at all since. I was expecting a large bill as they had spent several manhours on the project. But, the bill was very reasonable and I was so grateful. "Randy was not only a knowledgeable and competent electrician, but an honest and ethically person. Our A/C and furnace appear to have no power. The main panel was looking pretty rough. Randy came by on a Sunday to take a look and quote a replacement. He inspected the system and concluded that it was working properly with cosmetic issues. He could have been dishonest, he wasn’t. He could have left, he didn’t. He moved on to the furnace and discovered a bad fuse, replaced the switch. It worked, but not the A/C. He could have left, but he didn’t. He went outside and tested the fuses and box, good. He unscrewed the cover on the unit and as he went to pull the cover the fan came on. What! An electrician with magical powers? One who can will dead appliances to life? A super hero? Maybe, but there was also a loose wire. Bottom line, Randy saved us a significant amount of money. Grateful for his service."
