The final bill was about 30% more than the original estimate, but the reasoning behind the increase was both explained and seemed rational. <br /> Their was also a little bit of miscommunication about what the original estimate included, but this likely could have been avoided if I requested a detailed written estimate, rather than a verbal one. <br /> I also would have liked my final invoice to be much more detailed, but again, I did not explicitly request this. <br /> I would use this company again, but would recommend that customers specifically request a detailed written estimate and invoice. <br />"

"The tree was 35 feet tall and hard to get to due to a fence. He gave me a estimate on cost and time it would take to do the service.After agreeing on the price he said he could start in 3 days and have the job done the same day. He arrived on the day we agreed on and went to work to amke sure there was nothing in the way and that he keep on eye out for any children coming into the yard. It took about 5 hours. I had some yard debri from a another tree that was removed 2 years early and he moved that also without adding any cost. I would gladly use him again and recommend his service. He not only used his time wisely but extremely professional at all times <br />"
