"David did a great job. He showed up on time and took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. He discussed any, and all added or unforeseen expenses before doing the work. I would recommend and hire him again, for any small or large jobs around the home."

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"I have used this company for years for work at both my son and my homes.  They are not the cheapest, nor the most expensive but they are always there when I need them, they are quick to respond to any questions or issues.  They have been called to help with warranty issues and I didn't get any song and dance routine.  The only suggestion is for big ticket purchases, like this one, it was more helpful to go straight to the shop/office rather then call the administrative section.  I trust their work. <br />"

"Mike met me at the house right on time. He got me a bid the next morning as promised. He was cheaper than others and nicer than others. He was respectful and best of all his work looks great! I will use him again if I ever need work done again to fix something or make it look good."

"Gary was incredible to work with! While remodeling an old convenience store we found a floor safe when we moved a shelf to replace the flooring. We were so excited to find the safe, but disappointed when previous owners hadn’t heard about it, and the combination had been lost to history. Gary came to our rescue and spent an entire day with us at our resort cracking the code. Once he got the safe open it revealed a second safe! He then proceeded to work on that one for several more hours until he got it open! Unfortunately there wasn’t any treasure, sticks, bonds, or money. But it was still an adventure and we have Gary to thank for that! If you need a safe opened, Gary can crack it! [*** Link removed ***]"

FAQs for shed, barn or playhouse repair projects in Logan, UT

You’ll know it’s time for a new shed roof if shingles curl or buckle, soft spots sag, or water stains appear inside. Moss or other plant growth on the surface is another red flag that moisture has breached the roofing layers. Replacing the roof quickly stops leaks from spreading, protects stored items, and saves you from costlier structural repairs down the road.

Choosing between a flat and a sloped shed roof comes down to climate, budget, and upkeep. A flat roof is cheaper up front, but still needs a slight pitch for drainage. A sloped roof sheds rain and snow more easily, lasts longer, and often needs less maintenance. Weigh your local weather patterns, the look you want, and how much time you’re willing to spend on upkeep before deciding.

A shed roof’s life span hinges on the material you choose and how well you maintain it. Most standard products last 15 to 30 years, while premium picks like slate or clay tile can protect the structure for 50 to 100 years. Regular inspections, fast fixes, and routine cleaning all help you reach the upper end of those ranges and keep your tools and gear dry year-round.
