"The service was excellent. I had more work for them to do and definitely, I would hire them again. I buy condos and redo them and rented them. What was excellent about him was, he was meticulous about the finished product. He would ask me to look at it to make sure that I was happy with their work. I had no complaints whatsoever. They make it look beautiful and everything he does was excellent."

"This is the second time I have used them. Great price and install went well. They cleaned up after install and the guys were very friendly and professional. They came right on time as promised for the installation. I would recommend to all."

"On December 23, 2019, my wife used Angies List to look for a plumber. Every couple of years our kitchen sink starts to drain slowly and we call a plumber and have it cleaned out with a snake. The clog is usually found to be a grease ball. My wife and I live in a nice house in Peccole Ranch but we are not wealthy. My wife is 76 and we live on a fixed income. Unfortunately, I was not at home when the plumber showed up. Had I been home, once he provided his estimate of $ 490.00 to clean out our kitchen line, I would have showed him the door and checked with someone else. My wife eventually accepted and paid a fee of $ 350 for the service. Th plumber that showed up told my wife he was using a new kind of snake and once he was done she would not have any problems with this drain for 10 years. That claim is of course ridiculous and false. There is no way to know or guarantee any such thing. He also told my wife that the work was guaranteed for 1 year but there is nothing in writing to back that up. Needless to say, I am very unhappy. $ 350.00 is too high a price to charge for this service. I want Angies List to contact this vendor, express my dissatisfaction and ask the plumber to refund $ 150.00 of what my wife paid. A $ 200.00 charge for this service would be reasonable. Update: I felt that a $ 350.00 charge was excessive for a drain clean out. I contacted the company and they are issuing a refund of $ 149.00. That is fair and a good response."

"Very good job, because of the job we had to help but kinda knew that was a possibility I was aware of. Great to work with and got a very fair deal partially because we were willing lend a hand. Have a woodworking business and I was installing some new breakers and outlets in my shop. So he did need a little help running some wire, long stretch about 80ft and conduit was already installed and had a couple 90 degree corners tough job for any one guy."

"It went excellent. He was extremely responsive and professional he came out and got the job done ASAP and I was completely satisfied. Most definitely hiring again !"

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"Prompt responses, shows up on time and completes work at a reasonable rate."

"I have used Juan several times. Over time he has painted the inside of my house and everything is always perfect. When finished everything is cleaned up and back in order. I recently had him epoxy paint my garage floor, cleaning up a job resulting from a scammer. lesson learned!! He also painted my garage door and it looks like new! He lets you know when he’ll be there and he does a top notch job at a reasonable price. You won’t be disappointed."
