"Very positive experience. My 16 year old water heater went out. Not really knowing what to do, I went on-line to Home Advisors and they hooked me up with Clear All Rooter. I received a call back immediately. I thought they were reasonably priced for what I needed and we discussed various pros and cons of different water heaters with different warranties. I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me given my situation. They had someone at my house at 1:30pm with a new water heater and all the parts. Then they followed up with me the following day to make sure everything was OK. I noticed that the overflow pan was not re-connected quite right and the guys came out that day and corrected it no problem. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing needs."
