But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. "They answered the phone and they gave me a next day appointment. I called 20 plumbers in the surrounding area, none could get me a same day or next day appointment. Our water was turned off due to a leak and Roney’s Plumbing was the only one to give me an appointment. They called before coming and arrived when expected. They found the problem quickly. Not sure of the price yet. They said they would send a bill."
