"I hired this plumber for a full waterline replacement, and the work was incredibly sloppy. I ended up with leaks, which should never happen with a professional installation. When they attempted to fix it, they used a blowtorch on PEX piping?which is not only the wrong method but also a huge red flag for their skill level. To top it off, they didn?t take responsibility or come back to fix their mistakes properly. Poor workmanship, zero accountability definitely would not recommend."
