"I decided to convert my garage into a ADU building, to get extra space. I worked with Kris and his Architect from Creative Home Remodeling on the design and plans. After we got the plans approved back from the city Kris started to build my new space based on his design. We added a small kitchen with a living space and nice bathroom. It has become a very nice place and I love it. Thank you Kris and Creative Home Remodeling."

"After having remodeled our kitchen several years ago, we had KN remodel our master bathroom. Great guidance, from the construction stuff we don't understand to the aesthetic discussions we much appreciate. Done on time, and with great clarity around the billing. And the crew was great -- neat, thoughtful, on time, helpful. A big thumbs up."

"We hired this pro for a bathroom remodel and had a great experience from start to finish. The quality of work was excellent, communication was clear throughout the project, and everything was completed on time and with great attention to detail. The bathroom turned out even better than we expected. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with, I would definitely recommend this pro to anyone looking for quality remodeling work."

"Kyle Beym Home Improvement exceed all expectations! We hired KBHI to remove a very outdated looking wall attached to our fireplace, move the gas line, remove some outdated bricks in front of the fireplace and propose a solution for removal of the outdated wood. Kyle and his team were incredibly professional, clean and responsive. As an added bonus, he found the perfect compliment brick to replace the outdated wood that was wrapped around the fireplace. During the process, our flooring installers were behind and we needed Kyle's team to postpone a day or two--he did it without any issue and was right back to work instantly when the flooring people finished. His was amazing, kind, accommodating and very cost-effective. A+++ across the board and a true professional in everything he does. Thank you, Kyle! You made our remodel of our home that much more exceptional"

The work was completed on time, and both my house and garage roofs look fantastic. They took care of all the details, from paperwork to scheduling, and kept me updated regularly, which was a huge relief. He understood the urgency of our situation and had his team at our home within 24 hours. He immediately knew what needed to be done and gave us confidence that everything would be handled properly. Amir is truly a pleasure to work with. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him and will absolutely work with him for any future renovation, remodeling, or home improvement needs. "My husband and I just finished a remodel of our guest house in Sherwood Forest. We used a company called Universal Home Design Inc. The contractor and owner of the company Ouriel Lousky was most professional in every aspect of the job. His crews were timely and most efficient in every way. He had his subcontractors lined up so the job was never lagging behind. I would recommend him to anyone who is planning on a remodel or a renovation. Mary V."

"We hired Ben to remodel our living room and kitchen, which included adding approximately 300 square feet, creating an open floor plan, and removing an enormous brick fireplace in the center of our house. From day one, Ben was amazing to work with. He was on budget, on schedule, professional throughout the entire project, and consistently anticipated potential issues before they became problems. His wealth of experience was incredibly valuable when it came to making decisions along the way, and he was always willing to offer thoughtful advice and guidance.
