"Scott is friendly and professional. Communication was quick. He was a few hundred dollars less than another company's quote so we hired him. The job took about a day and a half. I rated B on price because it seems like a lot for floor cleaning, but I guess that's what you pay in SoCal! The stone is absolutely clean & shiny, but it wasn't too bad to start. The dingy grout was the reason for the cleaning. Plus, some grout had become missing. Scott replaced the missing grout. However, overall the grout is not as light as when we moved in 2.5 years ago, but Scott assured us he cleaned as clean as it could be. He suspected our maid was using something oily like Pine-Sol, but I found out later they use a stone & granite cleaner, so that's not it after all. I hope the 'clean' lasts longer than a couple of years. If not, we may bite the bullet and replace with engineered wood. Our previous residence had wood and in the 5 years we lived there, it never needed this type of cleaning and always looked gorgeous!"

"Amazing transformation of my shower. The wall marble tiles were sanded polished and sealed and now look brand new. The grout was cleaned, mold killed and removed and some areas needed grout replaced. What Guillermo did I didn’t think was possible. "If there were an A+ I would have given that grade to Peter and his company. The area that was to have grout removed and redone was immense. Peter did the job in three days. He removed all the grout by hand and his regrout method was so clean. There was no disruption to the family during that time. "Steve's work was excellent. After a very thorough cleaning he resealed and buffed our kitchen counter tops which now look great. Completely happy. "The job went very well. John worked with us by performing the work over three move-ins so that we were able to use most of our house during the process. The level of quality is very good including cement floated floors over wood and hot mop tar for waterproofing in the shower. The layout for the tile pattern was right on and Johns recommendations are good and should followed. "Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."
