"The entire process was smooth from start to finish.  Scott called back promptly following my initial phone call.  The following day he arrived to view the job and give the estimate.  He was clean, tidy, polite and respectful and gave me a quote after performing a thorough inspection of the job and asking me exactly what I wanted.  He made suggesstions where needed but was not overbearing or pushy.
Scott was consciencious, careful, and particular about doing the best job possible  I was very satisfied with the end product; Scott is a real  "sweetheart".
I have two other wooden floors and when it is time to have them refinished I shall definitely be using Scott.  I would also recommend him to friends and family.

The other was our master bathroom shower that needed a few tiles replaced and grout cleaned/repaired. "If there were an A+ I would have given that grade to Peter and his company. The area that was to have grout removed and redone was immense. Peter did the job in three days. He removed all the grout by hand and his regrout method was so clean. There was no disruption to the family during that time. "He did an excellent job and scrubbed the tub itself as well, even though this wasn't part of the original proposal. He phoned to tell us when he'd arrive, and when traffic caused a slight delay he phoned to let us know about that too. He moved his car without being asked in order to accommodate our handyman, who was there at the same time. In other words: beautiful work, above and beyond the call of duty service, considerate and thoughtful. Steve also cleans carpets and he will be our tile- and carpet-cleaning pro from here on out!"

"Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."
