"I recently purchased my first home with issues. TME Construction was hired to repair leaking windows and a cinder block wall. Tony and his crew arrived 30 minutes early and started working immediately. They checked to see if the windows were installed correctly and they were. Then all the windows were sealed. My wonderful dog knocked over a cinder block off the top of a block wall fence (low fence big dog). They repaired the block wall and today you would never know it ever happened. Tony made sure that my wonderful dog could never knock down the cinder block again! My side gate was broken and Tony fixed it for me which was not included in my service request nor did I ask. That was awesome! Tony and his crew went above and beyond and I am so fortunate that I found his company! I highly recommend TME Construction. "I personally hated what they did, they called it a crack repair and I had a little ding on the windows, it's a tiny one that it's more like a glass chip. What they did was they drilled and now the chip looks more like a dot, like a white dot, it's so noticeable now but I guess when they said they had repaired it, the chip was technically repaired but it looks more noticeable than before. I don't call it a repair, it's more like a patch and it was horrible. We sold the car now and it's out of our hands but I thought it was worst, I wish I never did that deal. They were trying to explain that it's not completely transparent but it's after the deal was done, they didn't explain the process or show how opaque it is. They probably repaired it to the best of their ability but I wouldn't call it a repair, it's too opaque like when you do a windshield repair, you think it's going to be transparent or completely see through but it's not. It looks like a frosty glass kind of thing. I saw the Big Deal to be a windshield repair and I thought they were going to just put some kind of sealer on it to repair the glass chip, we have a tiny chip, it was so small that you have to take time to look on the windshield to see the original chip, it's that small. I thought I would help my wife with repairing the windshield but then when they repaired it, it looked like it was hit with a pencil-sized drill. It was super opaque like something worse had happened but they're still good with something. It just wasn't optically transparent or translucent, it just looked like it was etched glass. They showed up pretty quick and I guess they were professional."

"Gen mgr./sales Rep is the real deal; many yrs experience, very open & straight shooting, offered multiple vinyl dual pane gas filled options, & worked w/us to make the price 'work' per our budget for the brand & quality level we wanted. He/they made sure they quickly placed the Manufacturer order, while squeezing our installation in/end of Sept. before we left on a trip. Installation team was organized & didn't mind my occasionally checking the walls & windows as they progressed, though i did find more than one or two cuts/dents in the vinyl framework, which while being minor blemishes, should have been avoided (whether caused during transportation or during installation). They cleaned up near the windows well, though failed to vacuum their dirty paths from front door to the liv. rm & bdrm (though they did also vacuum up the carport moderately well). Finally, & its not a major biggie but, when they reinstalled the long living room vertical blinds system, they didn't leave it working as well as it was before they showed up. This 14 yr old blinds system wasn't problem free before they arrived so, i chose to let this more difficult to use system remain an ongoing issue/not originally caused by Brothers Home Improvement."
