"Better than I ever expected. Although I signed up for the offer in April, health issues forced me to postpone till late June and Elves was very patient with me. I had assumed that a crew of cleaners would be coming so was surprised when just this young man showed up alone but quickly saw that he was very efficient and knowledgeable about what he was doing.
