"Installation went on without a hitch, however it has been about 3 month since the installation and we are starting to notice some issues with the installation (waves on the floor from the adhesive, some edges not fully glued down). We are waiting a little bit longer before we contact Empire concerning the installation. On the other hand the vinyl quality is great and we love the look and feel of the floor."

"Prestige installed pre-finished hardwood flooring throughout the first floor of our home. The existing floors were a combination of ceramic tile, and 3 other varieties of mismatched hardwoods and we decided it was time to replace everything with matching floors. We selected a 5" pre-finished Armstrong plank and are very happy with it. The team was punctual and very neat and the job was finished in 2 days. When we had a minor problem, Dave himself came back on a holiday weekend to rectify.
