"Joe and his team did an exceptional job helping us integrate multiple projects in our basement and the results were outstanding! We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. The entire process: scoping, design, coordination, execution, and detailed wrap up was accomplished under a great leader and problem solver with highly credible and expert tradesman. We shopped around for multiple quotes before selecting JD Michael Construction. Any and all future projects will go through this team! We are grateful!"

"This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. Walter ensured very high-quality work down to the finest detail. All the work from design to completion was well within the timeframe we had hoped. In the end, we have a beautiful MBR well beyond our original expectations!"

"I can not say enough about Perry Hall Remodeling. I was referred to them by my brother, who also had his basement finished a couple years ago. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. What I found most impressive was their responsiveness, professionalism, and punctuality. Even for the first consultation, Gary Sr. stated he would be at my residence at a certain time, and they were right on time, not one minute late. They took their time to tour the basement, and have us explain what we wanted to have done, while they took time out and suggested certain items along the way. They were up front with cost estimates and time frame of when it would be started since estimate start date was months away. They were punctual with the itemized estimate which was very fair and that all materials would be at cost, no hidden charges. When it came time to start, again they were here right on time, 7:30am, every single day. They provided receipts for all materials so you knew how much exactly it was costing and could keep track. They arrived on time every single day and worked very clean and swept up after they were done for the day. They were very professional and respectful to your property. Probably what impressed me the most was the communication between Gary Sr. and Gary Jr. via email/text. The communication was instant. Whether it was to check on the upcoming schedule or any issues, it was communicated and would be resolved instantly. I was able to keep track of all expenses (which is great for your budget) and they would update you along the way with any payments needed. In the end, the basement looks absolutely stunning in every way imaginable and we could not be happier. I would not hesitate to work with them again for any home improvement needs. A+!!"

"Everything from the bidding process, through completion, was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Dimitri and every person who he brought into our home treated it as anyone would want their own to be treated. This was not a small project. They vaulted the ceiling in the living area, completely removing the roof on half the house, and did a full new roof. Matched the existing red oak hardwood flooring, and sanded/re-stained the entire upstairs. All the plumbing and electrical in the entire house was replace. New kitchen, 3.5 new bathrooms, finished basement, combined two bedrooms to make a master suite. New HVAC. New generator…. You name it, and it was done. When all was said and done, I think our two hall bedrooms were the one walls that weren’t torn down. We could not possibly recommend Dimitri and his company (his two sons work with him as well) any higher. They are honest, and hard working. Old school in all the best ways."

"GREAT! We had major redesign and renovation work done by TMCC in early 2015, including two complete bathrooms. We love everything they did and have been enjoying the results ever since. Recently we had two minor problems, one of which I caused myself when trying to change a burned out recessed light bulb in the shower ceiling. I emailed Kevin for a recommendation on who to call for help, and got a very prompt response that he would send someone out to take care of it. That man came in less than two days and resolved both problems very effectively and to our great satisfaction. Furthermore, we weren’t even charged; bothKevin and his colleague said “we stand behind our work.” Considering the original work was done nearly 8 years ago and I caused one of the problems myself, this was great service and way beyond expectations. It just further confirmed that our original decision to hire TMCC was the right choice. We highly recommend them."

The designer took us shopping for beautiful modern finishes that fit our style and budget. He did a fantastic job on clearing everything out and even worked around my appliances that I was keeping. He was very helpful on suggesting were I could purchase my cabinets and countertop at reasonable prices. Gus also did whatever I asked and even gave suggestions on some things because this was my first venture on doing anything like this. He was very professional and left my house clean, once he was finished for the day. Always on time and communicating which is very important to me. I know who I’ll be calling on my next project!!"

finished the project in 54 days and stayed on budget. JKC's employees were
courteous and professional making them a pleasure to deal with. All of the
workers were very knowledgeable of their trades and did top quality work and
left the job site clean after each day. In the business of flipping homes, it
is very important to be able to get these jobs done fast and on budget and JKC
was able to do both without sacrificing any quality of the finished product
making them an ideal contractor for use in my line of work and for anybody
