He had researched Reverse Osmosis systems, and discussed a newer product that was infinately superior to my current system. They arrived on time, both have a wonderful work ethic and attention to detail. The tile work done by Dave is perfect. The pricing was very fair for the job which included totally gutting and replacing the flooring, tile, removing a fiberglass shower and replacing with a beautiful tiled shower, installing new vanity, toilet, etc. We also had exterior window sill and trim work done. My only regret is that we didn't have A & D do all the renovations in our home. I would highly recommend and would look no further should we do any more home projects."

"Very well. Dave participated and was very helpful with his suggestions as we determined the scope of the work and what could be done with the space. Once the project started, there was no break in the work. Something was being done everyday. Either Dave and his crew, the plumber, or the electrician. We worked closely w/ dave and minimized the down time of this very central room in our home. A kitchen and bath project can be the hardest but Dave and his team kept it going and we were able to complete in the time we estimated it would take. This was in the winter and included a door and window. Dave relied on his experience on other projects and had some good ideas as the project developed and we made a few running changes."

"I hired Jev Jesjunins as general contractor/project manager to renovate and rebuild a mid-1950’s ranch home in Portland which had not been updated since initial construction. During the process we discovered many unanticipated problems from leaking pipes and leaking basement walls to seemingly unending roadblocks with the City's building department. All issues were resolved in a highly professional and efficient manner. In addition to managing the project and working with subcontractors, Jev’s company was directly involved in rough and finished carpentry, sheetrock hanging/finishing, windows/doors installation, insulation, building the garage and mudroom, front porch, and back deck. His company also handled gutters installation; interior and exterior painting and various handyman projects. Jev was also a great partner in questions of design. I would like to emphasize the great result of my new three bathrooms (there was originally only one). They are pieces of art. Jev's crew which includes a designer, plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, and tile installers created outstanding looking bathrooms with lots of unique fixtures - steam/shower cabin, jacuzzi, heated floors, smart toilets, unique selection of floor and wall tiles, closets, and shelving."
